Lifetime Access Definition Policy

When a product, course, or membership is described as “lifetime access,” this refers strictly to the lifetime of the business and/or product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime access means:

  • Access for as long as the business and the specific product or program exist and are actively offered

  • Access may end if the business closes, pivots, restructures, or the product is retired

Lifetime access does not guarantee:

  • Perpetual access regardless of business changes

  • Access beyond the operational life of the business

  • Access to future programs, updates, or versions unless explicitly stated

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that lifetime access is defined by the business lifecycle, not personal lifetime expectations.




Refund & Return Policy (Read Carefully)

Due to the digital nature of all products, programs, courses, and memberships, all sales are final.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time

  • Financial circumstances

  • Personal expectations

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Failure to complete or implement the material

This includes:

  • Digital products

  • Courses

  • Workshops

  • Memberships

  • Bundles

  • Lifetime access programs

Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered in full.




Implementation Requirement & Completion Threshold

Any request related to dissatisfaction, support escalation, or exceptional review requires documented proof of implementation.

To be considered, the purchaser must have:

  • Completed at least 33% of the purchased program

  • Provided verifiable proof of implementation, including but not limited to:

    • Google Docs

    • Worksheets

    • Sales pages

    • Funnels

    • Assets created using the strategies taught

    • Tangible business materials demonstrating execution

Lifetime Memberships & Bundles

For lifetime memberships that include:

  • Audience Accelerator, or

  • Audience Accelerator + Business Breakthrough (Bundle)

The purchaser must complete:

  • At least 33% of each program, not just one

  • With proof of implementation for both programs

Viewing content alone does not qualify. Execution matters.




No Income or Results Guarantee

Success in online business is multifaceted and dependent on many variables, including but not limited to:

  • Individual effort

  • Skill level

  • Consistency

  • Market conditions

  • Messaging

  • Offer alignment

  • Visibility

  • Decision-making

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No income, revenue, or business success is guaranteed

  • Learning strategies and methodologies does not guarantee results

  • Implementation does not automatically translate to income

  • The seller is not responsible for individual outcomes

Personal Responsibility Agreement

Policy Acknowledgment & Binding Agreement

  • Your purchase acts as your digital signature

Failure to read the policies does not void this agreement.




Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Chargebacks and payment disputes are taken seriously.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

  • All policies, agreements, timestamps, access logs, and purchase data will be submitted to the payment processor and dispute resolution entity

  • Proof of policy acknowledgment at checkout will be provided

  • Digital access records and implementation requirements will be documented

Fraudulent disputes violate this agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Removal from all programs and communities

  • Permanent ban from future purchases




Final Note

These policies exist to protect the integrity of the business, the community, and the educational experience. If you are not aligned with these standards, this is not the right environment for you — and that’s okay.

But once you purchase, we’re clear, we’re aligned, and we’re not going back and forth about shit that was already written.




Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted only for month-to-month subscription-based memberships.

Subscribers may cancel at any time, within their Dashboard OR  by email request to 📧 [email protected], as these memberships are not bound by long-term contracts and do not require a minimum commitment period. Once a cancellation request is submitted, access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided.

Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships are offered as a one-time purchase and are not subscription-based. Because these memberships are not billed on a recurring basis, cancellation is not applicable and not supported for lifetime membership purchases.

Lifetime access is governed by the Lifetime Access Policy and Refund Policy outlined elsewhere in these terms.
